WTC offers many courses that can provide job skill training, courses to start a new career and courses that meet your special interests and hobbies. The course areas below change from semester to semester, so check on course availability for opportunities to take these courses.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are given when we cancel a class due to low enrollment. For all other cancellations there is a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee.
- Refunds are issued via school district check.
- Refunds may take 4-6 weeks for processing.
- NO refunds will be made after the first class.
- NO refunds will be granted on textbooks or supplies purchased from WTC Business Office.
Registration Procedures:
Online registration is now available for all community education courses. If you don't have a computer there are several located in the WTC Student Services department for registration. Classes without sufficient enrollment to cover expenses will be cancelled. Once you have enrolled in a course you must pay for the course at the Business Office located in Room 110A. Online registration will facilitate better tracking of enrollment, class enrollment requirements and identifying additional course times for those courses where class size maximums are met. If you have comments about our registration process please provide us your input about how we can make the registration process more efficient.
PLEASE NOTE: Community Classes are for adults only. Minors may attend class on a case-by-case basis. In order for a minor to attend, a Parent/Guardian must also be a paid student of the class. Firearms Safety Courses can NOT be taken if you have a prior felony. You will be required to sign a Release to Participate waiver and bring in your driver’s license.
Pre-Registration is required for all IV Therapy and Off Campus Classes. Students must bring receipt to first class for admittance. Registration can be done in the WTC Business Office during normal hours of operation. There will be no phone registration.

- Telephone Number
Our Facility accepts cash, Visa Credit or Debit Cards, and MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards.

- Refunds for payments made by cash may take 4-6 weeks for processing.
- Refunds made by credit card will be credited back to the cardholder and take 7 to 10 days to process.
- NO refunds will be made after the first class.
- NO refunds will be granted on textbooks or supplies purchased from WTC bookstore.
